1st Avenue, Mooloolaba
Another successful project for Ritek is the recently completed 1st Ave Apartments. This 10 storey project consisted of Ritek XF150 Structural Walling for the party walls, lift shafts and all externals which combined to provide an efficient alternative to conventional building methods.
Designed by well-known architect Frank Raddshelters and engineered by Tate Professional Engineers, 1st Ave displays innovation through the use of clever product technology currently leading the way on the Sunshine Coast.
 
 
 
The Sebel, Maroochydore
 
A recent project Building Solutions were proud to be part of, is the recently completed Sebel Resort in Maroochydore. Built by one of Queenslands leading construction companies, Juniper Developments the Ritek Structural Walling System was used extensively throughout the 14 storey building.
 
Used as the party walls as well as the rear external walls, Ritek’s structural capacity meant reinforcement steel was able to kept to a minimum allowing a streamlined construction process with little or no waste to remove.
