Our basswood come from Northeast of China, which is regarded as the first premier wood for blinds that is both durable and beautiful.  For finished slat, the processing is from Green Log-1/4 cut-KD-Slitting-Sanding-Grading-Finishing-Ready made.  Keeping moisture content around about 8%~10%, not more than 12%, with the view not to bow, bend, crack in the future.  Finishing slat processing is 3 X NC bases on 2 X UV surfaces to match with your color swatch.  Our superior lacquered finished are firstly twice or three times coated and then it is twice cured by the UV to make the slats smooth and durable.  We ensure you will satisfied our product after seeing the sample.  We not only offer you finished venetian blinds, but also semi-finished venetian blinds to you .
